Auto reset an attribute domain weekly?

I used Survey123 connect to develop a construction site inspection application and with the amount of sites we have it is hard to remember all of them when in the field. I would like to have the symbology for a point be orange and after you have completed the inspection the point turns green. That part is easy enough. The question is, is there a way to make it reset automatically every week without going in manually and switch a field answer to make it revert to orange? I am assuming Collector would be most likely to support this rather than Survey123

I would think the best way to go about doing this is to write a script that would calculate the field to "not complete" (or whatever the domain value is) and then schedule this to run on a weekly basis using something like Windows Task Scheduler.
