    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a damage assessment scenario, if two users download the same property for offline editing and does an assessment independently, then they submit their assessments respectively back to AGOL,&amp;nbsp;they will end up having two assessment for one property despite the relationship between the property and the assessment table is one-to-one. it seems AGOL does not enforce the cardinality ratio when the replicas on the devices are syncing in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Online editing or single user offline editing won't cause this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else have the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our software environment:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Collector (Classic) for ArcGIS version 19.0.2 Build 6212016&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;ArcGIS Online&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Related tables&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Offline editing&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;An update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ESRI Just confirmed this is a bug for Classic Collector for ArcGIS on iOS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 11.0pt;"&gt;BUG-000100412&amp;nbsp;: Two related records are created by Collector for ArcGIS when two users with separate devices make offline edits to the same feature, despite the one-to-one (1:1) cardinality.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
