Toggle Layer Via Custom URL in Collector

Want the user to click a link that brings them to collector, opens a particular map, and only turns on particular layers in that map based on conditions in the URL.

Can such aa workflow be accomplished?

Hi Joe - At this time, the URL you can use to launch Collector honors the layer visibility as it was authored with the map. You can see the parameters that Collector honors when opening maps from a URL here: Deploy your map—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

Is there a way to pass in a layer ID to turn on that particular layer? Or the ability to add particular layer to a map?
