topic Delete User & Offline Map Question in ArcGIS Collector Questions

We have created several login credentials specificly for some subconsultants to use Collector on some out of state surveys. They will be using the offline capabilities and downloading maps to their iPads/android tablets. My question is since the contractors are several states away is there a way for us to disable their access to the offline maps stored on their device once the survey is completed? The only way that I can think of to insure that the offline maps are removed is for them to send us their device and us manually remove the maps. I tested deleting a test username but once the tablet is offline it can still login to the app using the deleted credentials as long as they are disconnected to the internet. I doubt there is an easy fix to this but thought I would ask the Collector community. Thanks.
