Collector update failed / offline mode failed

Hello,

I am using portal for arcgis 10.3.1

i have my webmaps working fine, i can add delete or edit any point.

When i use my Collector for arcgis, everytime i try to add or delete it gives me an error.

Same for download map to use it offline.

I changed the basemap and used one of the tiled basemaps using my arcgis online account.

When i changed the basemap, the collector worked fine.

The problem is i dont want to use my online account in my portal.

is there another way to add a proper basemap for collector usage on my portal without an online account?
