Collector vs Portal on Android Tablet

Hi guys

I´m trying to connect my feature services to edit on Collector for ArcGIS. Here We are using Portal, federeted Server, Datastore... on 10.4.1 Linux .

In my smartphone android (really old device) the Collector works fine. I´m just added the portal url and that´s it.

I bought one Android Tablet yesterday . After install the Collector, I put the same url and nothing.

I saw some posts about SSL Certificate errors but I couldn´t understand what the solution.
