Collecting data error?

Hi!

I have saved the "Damage Assessment Survey (Tutorial)" web map to my organization, and after this, I opened it on Android. I have added a new incident to the map, there was a message, that it has been saved, but I didn't see it in the Dashboard. Furthermore, on the mobile, after zooming out, this newly created incident has disappeared.
What did I wrong?

Any ideas?

Now I created a List widget in the Dashboard, and I can see my incidents created by mobile, but only in the List, not on the map. And if I click in the List one of them to see its pop-up, the Dashboard crashes every time. 😞
What is the problem? :confused:

The feature service has been refreshed to address the crash you have been observing in Dashboard. Please try it out and let us know if it is functional.
