    <description>&lt;P&gt;Turns out someone else in our Organization changed a Arc Server URL reference that contained a port number but no longer contains it. That means the URL that AGOL was looking for was still pinging the old URL. We simply had to update the URL in AGOL to match the new location on the server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Imagery Basemap Error - Request Time Out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have multiple users running into an issue in Collector for ArcGIS (20.2.4) and Field Maps (20.2.1). The default basemap is Streets but when switching to Imagery or Imagery with Labels, the basemap will timeout each time, for all users. Happens regardless if on wifi or cellular network. Does not happen when switching to any other type of basemap like Topo or OSM, those are functioning normally. Our entire organization is affected by this, wondering if we are the only folks?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
