That means the URL that AGOL was looking for was still pinging the old URL. The default basemap is Streets but when switching to Imagery or Imagery with Labels, the basemap will timeout each time, for all users. Happens regardless if on wifi or cellular network. Does not happen when switching to any other type of basemap like Topo or OSM, those are functioning normally.
