In the latest ArcGIS Online update, webhook support was added: <A href="https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/web-hooks-create-feature-service-.htm">https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/web-hooks-create-feature-service-.htm</A>. If it works for you with Collector, it should work at Field Maps.
