Collector 2-way sync permissions on managed DB?

I'm running Collector for Android and using disconnected maps created from hosted layers on Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1 using a built in portal member and cannot get it to pull edits from the server. I get "A request was made for service 'Hosted/xxxx.MapServer' but it did not have adequate credentials." regardless of the role assigned.

Does anybody know how to setup permissions for a built-in member to 2 way sync from Portal for ArcGIS 10.3.1?

I have this Warning in my server log constantly and would love to know what it means. I am a Portal Admin, my user is the SQL database admin. What credentials are missing

Hola Me ocurre lo mismo, no veo que haya nada mal configurado, aleatoreamente aparece este registro en el servidor
