On submission of updates , Collector returned an error saying Ünable to Submit without any further information. We are using ArcGIS Online and we are not using offline maps.</P><P></P><P>I was able to replicate the same problem on another iPad .</P><P></P><P>Afters investigating the issue more throughly , I suspect this has something to do with the optimisation process of the feature service. I found that the optimise drawing checkbox is checked but greyed out possibly indicating that there is a hung process .</P><P></P><P>I did some troubleshooting by refreshing the&nbsp;services on REST and&nbsp; also trying to force disable it through Update Defnition in REST .
