Unable to add feature while using own Basemap

I have recently added several of my own basemaps to an android device. However, when I go to collect new features, I receive the following error "Unable to add feature".
[ATTACH=CONFIG]32433[/ATTACH]

Are you trying to add a feature that could be outside the extent of data that you downloaded?

No I have been trying to add features directly within the center of the basemap just to test out the functionality. I am unable to add a feature with my own basemap within the map, but if I download the map again(if the download works) with an esri basemap I am able to add points without issue.

I removed the basemap layer from the device, re-added the tile package for the basemap back to the device, downloaded the map again, and now it has been working fine. Not sure what the prior issue was ( probably user error;)) Thanks for the quick responses, will keep you posted if the issues arises again.
