      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hi !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;just put the whole project folder onto a server/network drive, then import it into the CityEngine workspace from there on each user's machine. that's great also to back it up since it's only located in one spot...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I hope this helps !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Suppose you still want to use a revision control program like perforce for the revision history features.&amp;nbsp; Are there files within a CityEngine workspace that aren't appropriate for adding to version control, such as the .lock files?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For example, I see these in my workspace:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.attribute_layer&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.metadata&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ce.lib&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was thinking ce.lib may be appropriate for version control, but I have no idea about the other two.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi !&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ce.lib can be recreated, so you don't really have to backup that one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the others contain metadata for the projects, but I guess they're not really crucial.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
