Hi !

If you import 2d poly line data, you'll automatically get Street Shapes created. This is hardcoded and cannot be changed.

Sadly, there's no functionality yet with which you can create proper pipe networks, but using the streets you can create an approximation in 3d, using cylinders.

Would that be a way to go for you ?

Let me know ..

Matt

Hallo,
I need to produce a layer in City Engine in which will be represented low intensity underground segments 3D. I already have a linear feature class (shp) with low intensity underground segments 2D (imported from ArcGIS Desktop), how can transform thier symbology fron linear 2D to segment 3D with a know diameter section attribute? It's ispossible to create 3D symbology for linear feature?
