Setback the shape from the street using a value

Hi. I've created a rule that generates a shape which represents the coverage area (e.g. 50%) from the initial shape (like a parcel which is a polygon feature class stored in a .gdb) and now I need to move it using a value in meters (like a setback) inside the initial shape.

The problem is that I need to move it by applying a setback from the street/streets that are near the parcels. I am quite new at CityEngine and I would like to know if somebody can help me with this?

The setback() operation can be used to create a setback of a certain distance from the front of the street (street.front).
