    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reporting this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please provide, the information that comes up when you press the &lt;EM&gt;Details&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/EM&gt; button?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If CityEngine doesn't start correctly, you can &lt;SPAN&gt;try the following:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;deleting the user preferences folder in your user account (on Windows &lt;SPAN style="font-family: andale mono, monospace;"&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;user&amp;gt;\.CityEngine\20XX.XR.win32.win32.x86_64&lt;/SPAN&gt;) &lt;BR /&gt;-&amp;gt; &lt;IMG src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/emoticons/alert.png" /&gt; This will reset all user information (like Workspace settings, user accounts, ...)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you are using the&amp;nbsp;"Default Workspace", rename the folder&amp;nbsp; &lt;SPAN&gt;(on Windows &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: andale mono, monospace;"&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;user&amp;gt;\Documents\CityEngine\Default Workspace)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;You can later switch back to the renamed workspace or import your projects from there.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For more information on Workspaces and Projects refer: &lt;A class="link-titled" href="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/cityengine/latest/help/help-projects-overview.htm" title="https://doc.arcgis.com/en/cityengine/latest/help/help-projects-overview.htm"&gt;Projects overview—Help | ArcGIS&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>city engine crash</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;a few days ago,i was still using cityengine and nothing problem occurred.&lt;BR /&gt;but now When I open the city engine ,it quit unexpectedly with nothing ,I have installed version2016,2018,2019,they both have this question ,when I open the version2016 and click the scene window, it shows like the picture ,how could I solve this problem?&lt;BR /&gt; Thanks a lot&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/448684_pastedImage_2.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
