      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got that, but the actions from the tools don't seem to line up with the Help.&amp;nbsp; One example of the tool that I have no Idea what it's doing.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;IMG alt="handles.png" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/50781_handles.png" style="height: auto;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took a brand new building and I got the handles like the Help showed, so I'll work my way through a process.&amp;nbsp; I guess I have trail and error my way through to get the nuances of the tools&amp;nbsp; Thanks Chris, sometimes I need to talk out a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
