Images on map layers, updates in viewport, refresh key

Is there a magic key to refresh images that are attached to map layers?
I am finding as I increase the number of map layers I am having to shut down city engine to refresh those images after I've edited them in Photshop and saved them out?
Refreshing the Navigator does not seem to be pushing the update to the scene.

If you change a file while CityEngine is open, that change is not directly reflected in CityEngine since it uses the concept of the Workspace. Thus, first you need to refresh the Workspace with File > Refresh Workspace or by selecting something in the Inspector, then hitting F5 ( Windows standard ).

Right this is what I was doing 'F5' however I have been finding after a little while I have to change the image that is mapped to something else and then change it back again to get it to refresh in the viewport, I'll give the File --> Refresh a go see if its any different.
