topic Recreating New York City (Downtown) in ArcGIS CityEngine Questions

Hello all

I wanted to create a 3d representation of downtown New York city using AcrMap and CityEngine, but I am unsure on how to start. I've been watching the online tutorials, so using CityEngine is clear to me but the confusion comes in when trying to find the correct .gdb file. Is the data available somewhere online? Or available with ArcGIS?
Also in some of the videos I noticed height information for building structures that look to be inbedded in the .gdb file. Is this correct?

Any help in helping me find this information would be most appreciated!
Thank you

Depending on this, I may point you in different directions.

Matt
