I can't sign up for the CityEngine trial today. The webpage:

forwards through three urls, and does not offer me the trial. I'm using chrome (Version 58.0.3029.81 / 64-bit)

Is it still possible to get a free CE trial?

It isn't even working for me today... as long as you have an esri account and you are logged in, you should be able to do so. Monday is a new day... and if not contact your regional office
