      <title>Streets appear to be white after applying rules?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I applied complete Streets rule&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=863f4e7139314101a5cee1d7cde079d9" title="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=863f4e7139314101a5cee1d7cde079d9"&gt;http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=863f4e7139314101a5cee1d7cde079d9&lt;/A&gt;, and hit generate, the streets just appeared to be white (picture below.)
