City Engine Crash when calling Help

hi,

i'm actually working on CE 2010
it worked fine during many days, and sudenlly when i call Help, it loads the windows, then crash at
loading 127.0.0.1:55379/help/advanced views.jsp...

Hi,

Did you try to start CE in safe mode ?
Did you try and create a new Workspace to test this ?

hi,

i tested CE in safe mode

with existing folder project ---> help crash
with tutorial folder --> help crash
with new empty folder --> help crash again

sometimes the loader goes to terminate before it crash, sometimes not...

Ok, then test with a new Workspace.

File > Switch Workspace > Other ..
In there, change the path to something else than the default 'CityEngine' WS. Restart CE.

In CE, you'll see no linked projects. Try then to load the Help. If that does not work, I'd reinstall CE.

i uninstalled CE then er-installed it after a reboot and it works fine now.

don't know what happened.
