Dark screen in 3D scene

Hello everyone! I have dark screen in 3D scene. Because of this I am not able to see the shape which are generated on the 3D windows. I want normal white screen with cloud scene. Can someone please help me to solve this issue. I have attached the picture of the problems for your references. Thank you in advance!

Hi @bhusalshishir,

This looks like a graphic cards/driver related issue. What GPU are using?

You can check which GPU is used by CityEngine in the Installation Details dialog:

You get to this dialog by clicking on the button in the bottom left of the About dialog (Help -> About CityEngine)

Thanks for you help.

Update: I resolved my graphic issues in CityEngine 2024.0 by updating my graphics driver. This fixed the rendering problems and allowed the 3D view to work properly. Hope this helps others facing similar issues! Thank you!
