Usually, it is not necessary to remove user coordinate systems. If you still want to do it, modify the <SPAN><SPAN class=""><EM><STRONG>CityEngine_User_Projections.xml</STRONG></EM>&nbsp;</SPAN></SPAN>configuration file.
