I think that the water material is just one of a few or the only "built-in" materials for the Webscene viewer. CE can not animate but it can export to many programs that do like TwinMotion, UE4, Unity, etc. But I am not as familiar with Webscene viewer to know if it supports animated models and to what file type extensions it supports those.

Dear all,

I have a windturbine (as KML) which I would like to animate in my Webscene or at least in CityEngine. Does anyone have an idea how I could archive this?

I found this WebScene which has animated water. So it should work...

https://www.arcgis.com/apps/CEWebViewer/viewer.html?3dWebScene=cc457068075445f5adf585273dc9a82f

Thanks in advance for all your help!

Christoph
