Is BAO messed up?

It won't put on boundaries? Tries for awhile, then reports "Can't show boundaries because of server error" on everything.

Hi Jay,

When something like this happens I would suggest deleting the browser cache and if that does not work try another browser as something to try to rule out being something browser specific issues.

Also checking out https://status.arcgis.com/ can see if there is a more general outage.

Also the always favorite wait and try again later as these issues do tend to resolve themselves.

Hi Jay,

There were some map services issues today that caused the problem you experienced with adding boundaries to the map in Business Analyst Web App. These issues also caused errors when creating Color-coded Maps and Smart Map Search analysis. The issue has been resolved and Business Analyst Web App should be working as expected now.
