ArcPro BA in Ribbon function

I would like to address the decision of changing the ability of using the ribbon for BA-Color Coded Data, running data now you final options are STATES & COUNTIES only.......

Now the option of going through the ToolBox to the Color Coded Data running the same procedure the results display 5 layers States, Counties, Zip Codes, Census Tracts & Block Groups.

So I'm confused WHY the difference? Arc Pro w/BA is very expensive it should have all the bells and whistles along with ease of using it.

Consider this Arc Pro is the Mercedes of mapping, real pretty, real powerful yet designed like a KIA.

This program can be compared to having a beautiful mansion with an awesome driveway and then be asked to go around the side, hop the fence and come in the back door.

Time doesnt appear to the reason why this decison was made could it be space for data, not sure since the data is in there already. Could it be programming time, really in the BIG picture dont think so since it has been working in multiple previous versions.

This makes ZERO sense from a users point of view.
