Conditional Formatting - Comparing to other values and geographies

The new comparison panel is awesome - thank you! I think conditional text (value)/images (arrow?) would be a great addition (red / green arrows & values) based on geography comparisons (image below).

Also - it would be great to be able to add other values in the original conditional text / images to compare values against, rather than using ranges and > < on specific values (maybe geography comparisons would be cool here as well - especially for conditional text in tables).
