How can i do to make OLS (Annex 15) in 3d in arcgis and see the obstacle of zone 2a,2b ect in format 3d

Hello Altin,

Creating 3D OLS Annex 15 surfaces in ArcGIS Pro is simple if you have the Airports Extension.

Below are the steps to create the Annex 15 surfaces.

To complete the tasks, you will need access to the Airports Schema (provided by the Airports Extension), which has the Runway Centerline and ObstructionIDSurfaces_MP. The Runway Centerline feature class will need to have an X,Y, and Z value for each end.

In the Geoprocessing pane, you can either type in ICAO Annex 15 or navigate to Aviation Tools -> Airports -> Obstruction Identification Surfaces -> ICAO Annex 15

For Input Runway Features, select the Runway Centerline feature class.

For Target OIS Features, select the ObstructionIDSurfaces_MP feature class.

Select run.

You can open the ObstructionIDSurfaces_MP attribute table to view and select the individual surfaces.

Multipatch feature classes are always in 3D. They will start at the same elevation of the Runway Centerline.

I have done my OLS 3D about your video but when I see the zone 2a,2b ect in local scene doesnt look in 3d the zone Can you help me to find the problem

It is hard to tell if the elevations are correct without the actual data. If you need more assistance, you can submit a support case and specify that you need support from the Aviation team.

Go to https://my.esri.com
Log in with your Esri account credentials (must be connected to your organization with support privileges).
From the top menu, click Support > Submit a Case.
Fill out the form:
- Product (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online)
- Version
- Operating system
- Description of the issue (as detailed as possible)
- Provide the FGDB with features if possible.
Click Submit.

You’ll need permission to contact Esri Support on your organization's behalf. If you don’t see the “Submit a Case” option, contact your organization’s Esri admin to request support privileges.
