      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Altin,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;To make the Annex 14 and Annex 15 you would :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Create and Airports 18B geodatabase- see the video :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/videos/6072"&gt; Video Link : 6072&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;you can use a local projected coordinate system, or maybe use and AZMED projection as suggested in the video.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Create a line feature in the Airfield\RunwayCenterline feature class.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use the Create Features tool in editing.&amp;nbsp; If you set the Map's coordinate system to a WGS1984 projection, you can edit the vertices XYZ to be the values from your TH RUNWAY.txt file.&amp;nbsp; It seems to support higher precision if you first convert your DMS values to Decimal Degrees. (&amp;nbsp;&lt;A class="link-titled" href="https://www.fcc.gov/media/radio/dms-decimal" title="https://www.fcc.gov/media/radio/dms-decimal"&gt;Degrees Minutes Seconds to/from Decimal Degrees | Federal Communications Commission&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;online tool can be used first used)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use the ICAO Annex 14 tool - see the video:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/videos/6408"&gt; Video Link : 6408&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use the ICAO Annex 15 tool.&amp;nbsp; This one will generate the Area 2A, 2B and 2C eTOD areas around the runway(s) that you input.&amp;nbsp; (data attached)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
