Yes- the AirportControlPoint feature class has a field called PointType which has values for Airport Reference Point (ARP) and for Airport Elevation and many other points

Hi Altin, To make the Annex 14 and Annex 15 you would :

Create and Airports 18B geodatabase- see the video : Video Link : 6072
- you can use a local projected coordinate system, or maybe use and AZMED projection as suggested in the video.
Create a line feature in the Airfield\RunwayCenterline feature class.
- Use the Create Features tool in editing. If you set the Map's coordinate system to a WGS1984 projection, you can edit the vertices XYZ to be the values from your TH RUNWAY.txt file. It seems to support higher precision if you first convert your DMS values to Decimal Degrees. ( Degrees Minutes Seconds to/from Decimal Degrees | Federal Communications Commission online tool can be used first used)
Use the ICAO Annex 14 tool - see the video: Video Link : 6408
Use the ICAO Annex 15 tool. This one will generate the Area 2A, 2B and 2C eTOD areas around the runway(s) that you input. (data attached)
