Native App Crashes

Hey all,

I have a native app (using the Map Tour template) that I am trying to run using AppStudio Player on my iPhone. However, about 5 seconds, the app crashes without any error messages. This app works fine on my iPad and Windows using AppStudio Player.

Any ideas what the problem may be?

We need a little bit more information to see if we can reproduce the issue. What version of Map Tour Template and AppStudio Player are you using to test this? is it the latest AppStudio 5.1?

And what version of iOS and model of iPhone are you using?

Hi, @ErwinSoekianto,

I'm not sure what MapTour Template version I'm using (or how to find it) but I am using AppStudio Version 5.1, iOS 14.7, and using an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Update: Not sure why or what I did (I didn't change anything significant), but the app now crashes after 5 seconds when it is on the landing page only.

The rest of the app works fine without crashing.
