IOS device advance setting guidence

I have prepared an app now i want to deploy this for IOS Devices.

When i set advance setting in Appstuido for ArcGIS it's demanding the Following things:

Build ID
Provisioning Profile
Certificate (.p12) File

Please guide me how can i get these (Step by Step).

Any Info would be greatly appreciated.

You can follow the Publishing Apps to Apple App Store video to learn more on how to generate Build id, Provision Profile and .p12 certificate for your app.

One question please "Can get 30 or 60 days Trail account of Apple Developer Account for understanding of the deployment process"?

After that i will purchase paying $99.
