Quick report performance

When using the quick report template on android (stand alone app, not the appstudio player) I am having some performance issues. Specifically when the "new report" and "add details" buttons are pressed. I am seeing an 8 second delay prior to anything happening. Is there anyway to improve the time it takes for the next page to load? I don't get this delay when running the Windows executable of the app.

please note that I am hosting my feature service on my own ArcGIS server.

Hi Chris,

Can you let us know what device you are running on? We have noticed that depending on how many fields are editable for the form. Could you provide access to the service for our testing?

Thanks for the prompt response.

I have tried the .apk on the samsung galaxy note 4 (Android 5.0.1) as well as Asus nexus 7 (2013 version w/ Android 5.1.1). I have also tried the .apk with an Android emulator on my desktop. All of these produced the same delay.

Layer: test.DBO.WaterLeak (ID: 0)
