I checked <STRONG>Data</STRONG>, <STRONG>Map</STRONG> and <STRONG>Query</STRONG> under <STRONG>Mapping Capabilities</STRONG> and checked <STRONG>Query</STRONG>, <STRONG>Sync</STRONG> and <STRONG>Update</STRONG> under <STRONG>Feature Access Capabilities</STRONG> in my case.
