Uninstall on Windows 64-bit doesn't remove all files

When uninstalling, (Heaven forbid!), a message pops up telling me that some files couldn't be removed. After it finishes, I'll still see files left behind in C:/Users/<username>/ArcGIS. Is this by design, so that things I've created don't get inadvertently deleted? Then why is the installer trying to remove them?

Hi Eric,

This is not by design. AppStudio uninstaller attempts to delete all files in C:/Users/<username>/ArcGIS/AppStudio.

AppStudio uninstaller also attempts to modify a common QtCreator configuration file to reset AppStudio help path.

Was QtCreator open when AppStudio was uninstalled?
