Layers not displayed in offline map using Map Viewer 4.2 template

Hello!

I have a web map and tiled layers on it. using the "Manage Area" tool for offline use, I created an offline map area along with its layers that completed successfully see fig.1. but when I open the offline map in Map Viewer template the layers are not displayed see fig.2. is there any mistake in the way of doing?

Karimullah,

Is it possible for you to share the data (the webmap id) you are using for this?

We also want to try it with the current AppStudio 4.3 Beta that is available on Early Adopter Community,

Using AppStudio 4.3 Beta from Early Adopter Community, https://earlyadopter.esri.com/welcome/default.html?key=AppStudio, I am able to see more layers on the Content panel.

I used Beta 4.3 from EAC, and it showed some of the layers on the content panel, but when I downloaded the map area, again I face the same earlier issue in which the layers are not displayed on the map.
