When "Require elevated trust when running in-browser" is enabled can't load the maps

I installed silverlight 5 RC 1 to use the keyboard in full screen mode. I checked "Require elevated trust when running in-browser" in the tab "Silverlight"
of my project properties. Now I'm able to use the keyboard in full screen mode but I getting an error when the map layers are initialized so the maps are not displayed.
Are ArcGIS Silverlight API not complete compatible with Silverlight 5 yet? I Would appreciate any help on this issue.
