    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello -&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've implemented 2 different custom TiledMapServiceLayer layers.&amp;nbsp; Everything is working well, but I'm seeing something unexpected.&amp;nbsp; I never see requests for clientaccesspolicy.xml or crossdomain.xml when Silverlight requests tiles via these custom TiledMapServiceLayer layers.&amp;nbsp; I've verified that I don't have anything cached, and that Fiddler is picking up traffic from the servers in question.&amp;nbsp; The tile servers are different than the server Silverlight is hosted on, which is why I was expecting these files to be requested.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does Esri's base class implementation somehow get around the typical Silverlight security mechanisms for these outbound cross domain requests?&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
