      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So when you install the 2.0 API and you push Next and the form comes up saying "Please wait while the installer determines your disk space requirements..."&amp;nbsp; What is actually happening?&amp;nbsp; My task manager says nothing, yet the form stays open for a millennium.&amp;nbsp; If I cancel (which is the only button) nothing happens, of course.&amp;nbsp; Why can't the install process just let ME decide if I have enough disk space if it takes that long to figure it out?&amp;nbsp; Is no one else as annoyed with ESRI installs as I am?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
