Multi-touch issues

Using 2.1RC, issues as follows:

1) When using multitouch on the Interactive SDK samples, sometimes the tile images does not refresh. Once it does not refresh, subsequent manipulations does not refresh anymore. Using the mouse to do zoom and pan refreshes it.

2) When running the Silverlight sample template created in Blend, multitouch is not the same behavior as the one in the Interactive SDK samples. Couldn't do 2 finger pan as in the Interactive SDK samples. If i continue holding 2 fingers down after the manipulation, the map just continues to move unstably.

3) Item 1) and 2) is running on IE. When running the Interactive SDK samples on Chrome, seems that the pinch and stretch gestures are simulating mouse scroll and does't do 2-finger pan as well.

4) All the above items are in Silverlight. WPF cannot do 2-finger pan as well. Same behavior as Item 2)

5) There was once i was playing the multitouch on the Interactive SDK on chrome and it hangs and the memory allocated to chrome keeps going higher and higher until i have to close the program in task manager.

In conclusion, I would like to have the map to have the proper multi touch behavior as the one in the Interactive SDK running in IE which unfortunately does not refresh tiles sometimes.

I'm using the Dell Multitouch Monitor SX2210T and Windows 7 64-bit Pro btw.

Thank you for sharing us your findings. We are continuously looking on improving this part of our API. There had already been good improvements since RC that you will see in Final.

Regarding (1) is this happening when you do 2 or more quick flicks? (this issue has been fixed). (2)/(4) is also improved since the RC.

Hi... found a tiny issue...

when i double tap to zoom in... if during the zooming animation still animating and i try to pan... the animation doesn't stop... and the whole map goes a little berserk...

not so much of a big issue.. but i just want to bring it up.. thanks...
