topic How to edit related non gis table within a feature service? in ArcGIS API for Silverlight Questions

Hi,

I have created a relate between one non gis table (parcels_MIS) with a parcels gis layer in a mxd.I have published this mxd as feature service since users would be editing this parcels layer.

Now, my question is, how can give my users the ability to edit this non gis table (parcels_MIS) through the application? I mean, how that UI will look like? Unlike normal scenarios, where user selects the features by clicking on them (beacuse they can SEE them in the map), how should I go ahead?

Can any body help me on this issue? Any help is appreciated.

Regards,
Sanjay.

I think you posted similar thread before: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/21477-How-to-show-data-in-a-FeatureDataGrid-with-1-M-relationship.

Did creating a FeatureLayer to represent the related table work for you? You may use FeatureDataForm or FeatureDataGrid to edit the attributes of a related table.
