    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks Dominque.&amp;nbsp; That got me to it.&amp;nbsp; I already had the ExtentChanged implemented but didnt realize that both envelopes were in the args.&amp;nbsp; That works if I calculate the difference in the envelopes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ernie&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Scale Change Event for Map Control</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Everyone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I want to be able to know when the scale of my main Map control changes.&amp;nbsp; I figured there would be an event already built into it but it appears there is not.&amp;nbsp; Then I thought I could just create my own class with inheritance from the Map control but it is sealed :/.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Am I missing something obvious?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ernie&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
