    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Are you referring to the oblique (Birds Eye) image that can be found on the Bing.com/maps website?&amp;nbsp; I don't think this is offered as a free service from the basemaps you can use in ArcGIS.&amp;nbsp; The only basemaps from Bing offered I believe are straight orthophotos.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe you can purchase the oblique (Birds Eye) photos from terraserver or other vendors.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Possibly just another raster layer to add?
