When I use one of the arcgisonline tiled services, I am able to see (hover over and retrieve) my feature layer(s). When I change the url to one of my own tiled services, the feature layer(s) appear in the layer list, but are not displayed/available to hover over. The only thing changed is the service url value.

Ali: I have reviewed all spatial references and they match exactly. When I use an arcgisonline tiled service, which is a DIFFERENT spatial reference, my feature layer works fine. Thanks for responding and I look forward to any advice you can give. Duane.

Ali: I use a locally defined projection file, WCCS (Washington County Coordinate System), for ALL of my services while your online services use a numeric id, e.g. ESRI_StreetMap_World_2D uses Spatial Reference 4326. Don't know if this helps, but thought I'd throw it in to the conversation. Thanks, Duane.
