Inconsistent projection results on geocoding

Using http://sampleserver1.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Locators/ESRI_Geocode_USA/GeocodeServer/findAddressCandidates

When I specify a output spatial reference, 102113, my results show correct coordinates for the hits on the full address, but the city location is not projected neither is the zip code.
Am I missing something?

This appears to be a bug to me, but its not a bug in the Silverlight API. This is either in the REST service which you are testing against or it is in the server and is bubbling up to the REST service. I sent an email to a member of the REST team about this bug. You should re-post this bug on the REST teams forum, they will be more equiped to help you with this issue. I will post again when I get a response back from the REST team to let you know if they have confirmed this to be a bug.
