Only when I return a flare-cluster will the map-tips appear properly.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Unfortunately, the suggested work-around will not work for me, as the graphics that I am filtering out can only be determined when they are put into a cluster.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Is this a bug?
