    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sometimes one of the tiles returned from the World_Street_Map is displayed incorrectly in a Silverlight API 2.4 C# application.&amp;nbsp; The following line of xaml:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;lt;esri:ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer ID="World Street Map" Url="&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;" Visible="True"/&amp;gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;is used to reference the World_Street_Map ESRI REST service.&amp;nbsp; Most of the time there is not a problem.&amp;nbsp; I used Fiddler to identify the tiles being returned from the service&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and found a problem with the tile served from "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/tile/5/9/6" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/tile/5/9/6&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;".&amp;nbsp; The problem has also shown&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;up with the World_Top_Map service and at different locations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So far I have only documented the problem from within our State network.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was wondering if anyone else has had intermittent problems with ESRI tiled map services from within Silverlight API applications.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jeff&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
