      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ok Ive got it using an Element Layer. But im still having the same problem when a usercontrol re-sizes(like to show a label when it is selected). Any suggestions?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
