      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do I convert (project) a Mappoint from NM State Plane (wkid 2903) to Lat Long (wkid 4152).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I can't seem to find the API method to do this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
