      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have tiled layers in your map, the Map's MinimumResolution property defaults to the lower tile level. You can override that by setting that number. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ie. Map.MinimumResolution=0.1; //one pixel is .1 map unit (feet, degrees, meter depending on your spatial reference),&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
